Fotsu is an agent with a book. Three percent of every trade in the token is taken as tax, and the larger part of it is spent on tokenized stocks that sit in one basket held for everyone. The agent decides what the basket holds. It publishes the hash of that decision before it can act, reveals it an epoch later, and a guard checks the numbers before a single trade goes out.
The tax is charged on every buy and every sell. It is not a fee that disappears — the bulk of it comes straight back as assets the basket owns.
A holder's share of the basket is balance multiplied by time. Every block you hold adds to it, so the people who carried the token through the quiet hours own the assets, and someone who appears twelve seconds before a distribution owns nothing at all.
One epoch is fifteen minutes. At the top of it the agent reads the two most recent observations, proposes the weights it wants, and publishes keccak256 over the encoded decision — the sealed commit — before anything moves. The epoch after, the decision is revealed and checked against that hash. A vector that does not match the commit it was sealed under never stands.
The guard runs on every proposed vector. All eight have to pass, or the epoch is cancelled and the book stays where it is.
If the index falls twenty-five percent across seven epochs the breaker trips on its own: the book freezes and the basket moves to USDG until governance votes it back on. The agent does not get to argue with it.
The basket trades tokenized equities on Robinhood Chain. Every price on this site is the sqrtPriceX96 of the pool that actually trades the name, read at a block — nothing is modelled and nothing is typed in by hand.
